As India’s leading bitumen emulsion manufacturer, part of HINCOL\’s Special Bitumen Products range, HINCOL offers this specially formulated emulsion that significantly reduces dust generation while cutting water consumption for dust control.
The emulsion is diluted with water and sprayed onto the unpaved surface using conventional water tankers or sprayers. It penetrates and binds surface fines, creating a stable surface layer that resists wind erosion and traffic-induced dust generation.
