Application Procedure

Mark the Repair Area
Mark the pothole and the weak area in the vicinity. Cut the damaged area into a square or rectangular shape for best patch performance.

Cut Edges & Clean
Cut edges along the marking. Remove all loose material to the damaged depth. Remove stagnant water, if any.

Apply Tack Coat
Apply tack coat at 0.5 Kg/m² using HINCOL Emulsion RS1. Allow the tack coat to break before filling.

Fill with Road Bond
Cut open the HINCOL Road Bond bag. Fill the pothole to a level slightly higher than the adjoining road surface to account for compaction.

Compact
Spray sand dust or rock dust over the filled area. Compact with a hand hammer or roller until flush with the road surface.

Open to Traffic
Allow traffic after 30 minutes. Once opened, the bag must be consumed in full. Store unused bags in cool, dry place away from sunlight.
